Ballet Fusion

Sooo much traffic idga, so I arrived 10 minutes late for "The Flow" which is a mixture of Yoga & Pilates , but somtur was a teacher too late, so missed only scant five minutes of warming.

Then it was time for the first time to try Ballet Fusion , which was really fun. It felt really at the legs to go down in the Olia pliƩe positions, then we got to jump a little and a lot bensving.
This class combines the basics of ballet technique with the gracefulness of movement in general, to create a workout for the complete beginner or someone Returning to ballet after a long break.

Through Introducing the basic ballet steps to a non-dancer Will Do They find this progressive class Provides Greater Flexibility and Improved muscle tone and posture.

Anyone tried?
